CHRISTOPHER G. WORLEY​, PH.D.

Chris Worley is a clinical professor of strategy and organization at the rennes school of business (france), the research professor emeritus of management at pepperdine university’s graziadio school of business, and an affiliate senior research scientist at usc’s center for effective organizations. Chris is a recognized researcher and consultant in the field of organization agility, development, and design.


Prior to his current positions, he was a professor of strategy and founding director of the center for leadership and effective organizations at the neoma business school in france and director of the master of science in organization (msod) program at pepperdine university. He served as past chair for the academy of management’s organization development and change division. Chris has authored or co-authored numerous books, chapters, and articles. His most recent books include how to do relevant research, becoming agile, the agility factor, assessing organization agility, management reset, and built to change.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an L&D (Learning and Development) or Talent Development role, or a senior business role with significant involvement in L&D.

Fluency in English is required.

Certification Criteria

  • Attendance to face-to-face sessions & virtual classes
  • Active participation and collaboration with program participants
  • Minimum of 50 % attendance to webinars
  • Completion of  completion of all assignments
  • Positive score on your personal project and presentation
