Set the scene and maximize the learning experience with a customized development center, including case studies, role plays, and observations. A personalized report and leadership debrief with a certified coach.
Impactful transformation
A two-day training program designed to enhance executive leadership skills, enabling participants to confidently present impactful transformation projects to their leaders or decision-making clients and secure approval for successful implementation.
Mentoring sessions for transformation
In this focused session, leaders will work with Fred de Cointet, former executive at IBM, to refine their Value Proposition and Win Plan, assess progress, and define the final steps for executive approval. The emphasis is on securing support from key influencers to strengthen the decision dossier and ensure successful project approval.
Leading with Agility
Led by Chris Worley, a global expert in strategy and agility, this leadership course empowers executives to design agile organizations that can effectively adapt to change. Participants explore tools to align structure with strategy and foster sustainable company growth

Dr. Irena descubes is an associate professor in marketing and a distinguished expert in leadership development at rennes school of business. For over a decade, she has directed the rsb executive mba, shaping senior leaders with a global perspective and an agile approach to business. In addition to her academic role, dr. Descubes serves as programme director for senior leadership development initiatives within rsb executive education, partnering with major organizations to design transformative programs that build strategic and adaptive leadership skills.Her expertise spans international marketing, digital transformation, and cross-cultural consumer behavior, with a strong emphasis on preparing leaders to navigate complex, multicultural environments.
