Program mission

The program offers high-level experience sharing combined with the presentation of a coherent framework that participants will apply to a concrete case relevant to them, in order to create a first draft of a decision document for their Executive Management.
RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIP
The personality, expectations, and values of executives are essential to the success of a transformation project. Understanding their vision allows for the adaptation of a leader’s communication strategy, who must also have self-awareness.Through behavior assessment methodologies, participants will discover each individual’s motivations to build a respectful and effective relationship.
VALUE
To make a decision, an executive needs a 360° vision to assess risks and future impacts. A clear ambition, contributions, impacts, success criteria, and measurable ROI are essential to guide this decision.Through experience sharing on major projects and a framework completed during the workshop, participants will leave equipped to present a solid proposal aligned with their ambition and conviction.
DECISION
For an informed decision, the Executive Management will often need to consult other parties, requiring several iterations before reaching a final agreement. A clear governance structure until the closing will therefore be essential to ensure decision-making commitment.A ‘Win Plan’ template, developed during the session based on real-life cases and enriched with practical advice, will help each participant design the best governance approach tailored to their ambition and company.
DELIVERING & EXPANDING
A project is only valuable if it succeeds, with the buy-in of all stakeholders. Solid governance, led by the Leader, is essential to mobilize, meet needs, and anticipate major challenges through mutual trust.Through experience-sharing, participants will discover the crucial importance of this governance in strengthening the trust of Executives.
