Since the emergence of new generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and the launch of ChatGPT in its public version in 2023, companies of all sizes and industries are facing an unprecedented technological disruption.It is clear that AI will have an even greater impact on our daily lives and the functioning of our businesses than the advent of computers and the Internet. Process optimization, innovation stimulation, transformation of jobs, and customer experience are just a few of the areas where AI will be central to the strategies of innovative companies, strengthening their competitiveness, agility, and ability to meet the challenges ahead.

  • Understand the impact of AI on work and skills: how to prepare your business for these changes?

SESSION 2 – ACCELERATING WITH AI APPLICATION AREAS

  • Discover AI use cases in HR: recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, career planning, attrition, social climate, training, and real-life case studies
  • Focus on Generative AI: Mastering and understanding the limitations of prompt engineering

SESSION 3 – TAKING OFF WITH YOUR AI STRATEGY

  • Challenges and Risks: Recognizing and assessing risks such as HR data, biases, ethics, risks associated with Generative AI, social scoring, etc.
  • Understanding the legal framework of AI and its impact on your AI deployment: AI Act, key considerations, company obligations, and responsibilities
  • What to do right now: which concrete actions to implement starting tomorrow?
  • Your AI roadmap: brainstorm with your peers and leave with a first version of your AI roadmap for HR
  • A concentrated overview of the best AI solutions to optimize your HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
  • Insights from recognized AI experts, complemented by testimonials from companies where AI strategies were successfully implemented.
  • Workshops for HR professionals from various sectors to exchange needs, solutions, and key success factors for implementing AI solutions.
  • Implementation of concrete use cases to move from theory to practice.

Emmanuelle Blons is a management consultant specializing in digital transformation, with a particular focus on the human aspect. She is convinced that major transformations are primarily human, cultural, and societal before they are technological. A graduate of ESSEC, she is an Associate Vice-President at Infosys, the Indian IT giant, where she leads the change management department.As an author and speaker on HR and new technology topics, she is an affiliated professor at Rennes School of Business, a member of the Hub France AI, and a contributor to Forbes.fr. She has published works such as “L’Entreprise disruptée, les défis de l’IA pour les RH” (Dunod 2019) and “L’IA au cœur de l’entreprise, une alliée pour votre stratégie RH” (Ems 2023).
