This module explores innovative solutions and the impact of technological advancements that will reshape employee experiences and their interactions, reinventing the experience of key stakeholders within the company with a newly hybrid work environment.Participants will discover solutions to foster the development of new work modes, the use of third places, and the integration of new technologies to support collaborative hybridization.We will apply the Design Thinking method to design smart work solutions tailored to their companies.

The “WorkPlace To Be” program will equip decision-makers with the tools needed to adapt their organization to the ever-evolving labor market and create resilient performance.This module delves deeply into the tools of systemic leadership, agility, and organizational design to consolidate all the learnings from the program.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management role with significant involvement in defining the company’s strategy.
