The scaling phase is particularly challenging from an HR perspective(massive onboarding, employees facing a lot of change and uncertainty…). Leaders are under a lot of pressure and leadership skills are crucial for the success of this phase. Using the Unframed Thinking Framework, a 3-step process, participants will learn to navigate the complexities of rapid growth by focusing on what really matters.

The programme is strutured on an hybrid version, with a Virtual Kickoff and two days courses at the Rennes School of Business – Paris Campus with the participation of two high level experts:

ALEKSANDRA LEMAŃSKA:

PCM Leadership Mentor & Speaker.  Founder of Leman Skills, certified Process Communication Model® (PCM)Practitioner, Transaction Analyst, HR Consultant, Facilitator, Certified Change Manager, Action Learning Coach, HBDI and DiSC Practitioner.

Aleksandra completed her Master in Management Psychology and her postgraduate studies in Transition Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

She supports Tech Leaders, helping to lead their teams out of the low engagement zone, using the Process Communication Model® (PCM) and TA Leadership Method. She works with people on an individual and team level, discovering sources of low commitment and motivation, thinking holistically about people and business. Thanks to this, she builds intuitive strategies and tactics tailored to the specific context, culture and needs to maximise the potential of people, achieving the intended business results.

CHRISTOPHER G. WORLEY:

Visiting professor of Strategy at Rennes School of Business. Recognised leader in the field of Strategy and Entrepreneurship with many years of experience practicing and teaching in leading international institutions. Dr. Worley is a Research Fellow at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California. Dr. Worley’s applied research and consulting practice is complemented by more than fifteen years of management experience in academic, for-profit and government organisations. His consulting clients include Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, Philips, Cambia Health Solutions, Gap, PayPal, Unilever, Capital One Financial, as well as several non-governmental and governmental organisations.

Our admission process is simple, fast and can be adapted to your professional schedule. You are accompanied throughout the procedure by our admissions managers, whether to complete your application file, prepare your interview with the Programme Director or with the processes for financial assistance and administrative registration.

Application & Interview

=> Application form to be completed on our platform where you will be asked to provide information on your career path and experience, your motivating factors, your career plan, etc.

=> Interview with the Programme Director, which consists of a period of exchange to ensure that our academic offer is in line with your expectations and your project. It will also be an opportunity to discuss current topics, your vision of current business trends, etc. Following the interview, an assessment report is published by the Programme Director to measure the quality of your application.

=> An admissions panel meets each week to assess and validate the applications received. You then receive your admissions letter by email. The admissions officer with the processes for funding and publishing your training agreement.
