Managing Change


The ongoing acceleration of change in sociological, economic, technological and regulatory contexts in addition to many other environments, drive companies to carry out multiple change projects (new products, digitisation, cost optimisation, new organisation, adaptation to new legislation, etc.). Change is no longer a cyclical phenomenon, but is instead a permanent factor that managers and their teams have to cope with in their day-to-day business lives.

The goal of this programme is to provide you with the keys to leading projects of change within your organisation while managing constraints and using mechanisms to achieve transitions for competitive performance.

Personal objectives

  • Understand what change management is and how it has evolved over time.
  • Act on the main psychosocial mechanisms of change.
  • Analyse the change within your organisation (strategy, culture, organisation, digitisation).
  • Develop instrumental strategies to drive change (training and coaching programmes, communication plans).
  • Deploy change control and steering systems.
  • Set up lean approaches to manage change with participatory and co-constructive tools.

Corporate objectives

  • Ability to drive change through methodologies and tools recognised for their effectiveness.
  • Implementation and deployment of change management and control systems (KPIs, risk analysis, etc.).
  • Adoption of a leadership position regarding change management.
  • Managing intercultural change in a global environment.

Participant profiles

The programme is open to people with an undergraduate degree (minimum Bac+2) and a minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in an operational or general management function.

The average age of a class is 42 years with 20 years of professional experience; participants come from all sectors of activity. The added value of the modules taught also lies in the interaction between students, the sharing of experience and the contribution of complementary visions in the context of case studies and reflections during the course.

Application & Interview

=> Application form to be completed on our platform where you will be asked to provide information on your career path and experience, your motivating factors, your career plan, etc.

=> Interview with the Programme Director, which consists of a period of exchange to ensure that our academic offer is in line with your expectations and your project. It will also be an opportunity to discuss current topics, your vision of current business trends, etc. Following the interview, an assessment report is published by the Programme Director to measure the quality of your application.

=> An admissions panel meets each week to assess and validate the applications received. You then receive your admissions letter by email. The admissions officer with the processes for funding and publishing your training agreement.
